What’s Next for 2006-2009: Program Enhancements

• Extend the scheme to the entire Takeo Province (70 health centers, 5 hospitals, population of 870 000) to reach critical mass and confirm assumptions regarding financial sustainability and risk;

• Link with Equity funds in the existing pilot zones to maximize their impact and reach the poorest households;

• Expand to an other OD, Kompong Thom province (10 Health Centers, 1 hospital) to further validate the replicability of the program throughout the country.
