2 089 in Phnom Penh).

of an area ranging from 1,5% in the most recent zone to 13.5% in
the oldest (more than 50% in some villages).

A comprehensive benefit package:
- Totally
free and unlimited access to all the contracted health centers
for primary health care or emergency;
- Totally
free and unlimited access to the contracted referral hospitals,
for both in patient and out patient cares, when referred by health
centers;
- Totally
free and unlimited access to the contracted provincial hospital,
for both in patient and out patient cares (if referred by health
centers or referral hospital);
- Free
transportation from Heath Centers to hospitals in case of emergency;
- Funeral
grant;
- Traditional
music for funerals;
- Limited
exclusions such as long term treatment of chronic diseases.
A continuous follow up of health care quality and member’s satisfaction through frequent user committee meetings and member’s surveys.
